On the night, what happens when the band aren’t playing? Can you provide a disco?

We can provide music through our PA system. If you would like to provide your own MP3 player with personal playlists that is fine.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Dorset, but we are happy to travel further afield. Further afield events will of course incur our travel costs.

How long do you play for?

Typically, we play for 2 x 60 minute sets. We are happy to discuss what format will work best for you.
We have enough material to play all day, but we do charge more for playing longer than 2 hours in total.

How much do you charge?

It depends on things like the distance, start/finish time, size of PA required.
Our standard charge will involve us arriving at 6pm and packing down at midnight. We have a professional PA system that is capable of performing to 300 people.

Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

Are you insured and have PAT tested gear?

We have Public Liability Insurance and our equipment is PAT tested. Upon request, we can provide copies of our documents.

What if someone in the band is ill?

We are all experienced musicians with many contacts in the industry. In the event of sickness, we are almost always able to provide an understudy to step into that person’s shoes.

Are there any hidden costs or band requirements?

There are no hidden costs. The fee we quote you is the fee you pay unless your circumstances change.
All the band requires is to be provided with some food and drink (not alcoholic) at some point.

Are noise limiters a problem ?

It is common for venues to have noise limiters. We have lots of experience playing with them and have not (yet!) had a situation where they are set so low that our performance has been impacted.

How do I book you?

Email or call with your enquiry and we will send a quotation, usually within 48 hours. If you want to book us, we then issue you a booking confirmation with our T&C’s. You then just need to pay a deposit £200 to secure the booking, with the balance due 2 weeks before your event.
